Earlier check-in is possible without surcharge in case that room is available.
If you prefer earlier check in, we recommend reserving for the prior night to guarantee immediate check in.
The free luggage storage room is available at our hostel.
Cancellation Policy:
- Any cancellation received before 3 days (72 hours) prior to arrival date, no fee will be charged.
- Any cancellation received after 3 days (72 hours) to arrival date, 100% of deposit or payment will be charged.
- Failure to arrival at your hotel without reason email from Guests will be treated as No-Show, 100% of deposit or payment will be charged and hostel rooms are not guaranteed.
Room Booking:
There are 2 options:
- "Book & Deposit" tab, creadit card ìnormation will be requested to secure your booking.
- "Send request" or "Contact us" tab, No deposit requested. Your travel final confirmation with travel details and arrival time is requested.
Payment method:
Visa, MasterCard, Dinner Club, and American Express, Bank wire transfer, Paypal, Moneybookers, Western Union, and Moneygram. Our prices are NOT inclusive of payment fee so please include this fee when you make the payment/deposit.
Pets: Not allowed.
