Schedule 9.30 am to 1 pm
9:00 – 10:00 am: Meeting with Chef at Orchid Restaurant and market visit
10:15 – 12:30 pm: Demonstration and tasting of 5 dishes
Tasting menu:
• Vietnamese banana flower salad
• Ha Noi traditional soup with beef
• Hanoi nem (deep fried spring rolls)
• Fried chicken with lemongrass and chilli
Class 2: Vietnamese Traditional cooking
Welcome drink and dinner include.
Schedule: 3 pm to 6h30 pm with dinner (prior 2 hours)
3:00 – 4:00 pm: Meeting with Chef and market visit
4:00 – 6:30 pm: Participate with Chef
through 4 Traditional Vietnamese dishes Tasting
